Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation ★★

"The American legend returns to bring you back to the cutting edge of terror."

Matthew McConaughey goes apeshit as "Vilmer" the head of the chainsaw weilding, cannibal family. (Wether this is the same family from other Chainsaw flicks, your guess is as good as mine.
Come to think of it, I'm not shure they are cannibals any more either, they do order pizza, so I guess I'll have to hold off on the Armie Hammer jokes.
Other things I'm not quite shure of is exactly what the fuck is happening in this movie.
It's either the absolute worst Texas Chainsaw movie ever, (Thats saying a lot.) or a brilliant commentary on 90s teens, and the state of horror films especially this franchise.
How you can fuck up, and no one dies by Chainsaw in a Chainsaw Massacre flick is beyond me.
Renee Zellweger is in this too, mumbling her lines and otherwise acting almost as disinterested in what's happening as the viewer is.
Whether it's garbage bin horror, or art house fodder, Chainsaw 4 is excruciating to watch save for McConaughey acting like a coked out madman.
You'll probably want to skip this one.
