The laziness of this movie is best summed up by the scene where the drivers seat is on the the left side of the car Cruella is driving when she decides she’s gonna be Cruella. Then they go look at the Tower bridge to remind us we’re in London.
Devastating, beautiful, and amazing performances by Ali and Harris. Some movies make you cry because they are hitting the usual buttons, but this one doesn't feel manipulative. I wish it was getting more shine - it’s high on my list of top 2021 releases.
