God this movie is just, so everlastingly disturbing and uncomfortable. Exactly what it needs to be. Two stellar performances on Elliot Page's and Patrick Wilson's part, their chemistry is incredible. There is so much to say about this movie, you already know a movie that makes you squirm in your seat and is going to be a good one. It is hard to pull off a film which such a small cast, and they knock it out of the park. This movie is about revenge, karma, and a predators desperate attempt to escape his sentence. The characters have been written boldly and shamelessly, so that having them in a room together is enough to make twisted sparks fly. A very unique set of obstacles in this movie makes it all the more interesting to watch. The script is great. The tension is played extremely well. The ambiguous nature of Elliot Page's character illicits thoughts of their metaphorical relevance throughout the film.
This movie was fuucked dude and I love it.
