Tais Nøhr Larsen’s review published on Letterboxd:
The understanding of Wolverines character and the difference from that and how Logan sees himself is what drives this movie (and what gave it it's R-rating which it so deserves). All the action and blood comes next. This is not a superhero movie but a character driven action drama that just happens to be about a (former?) Superhero.
The feeling of consequence makes this adaption my favorite version of the later years of Logan. Unlike Nolan's Batman that sits as an isolated trilogy, I actually feel like this is official canon in the story of the Wolverine.
