Tommy Truong’s review published on Letterboxd:
This year has stressed me out to the point where I, rarely, have time to watch films, anymore. Sure, I can make it to anticipated blockbusters or random movies but I am disappointed that I am missing out on some of the greater films of the year that people are talking about. With summer school over and I have a one-week break until I go back to university for the fall semester, I will do my best to catch up on so many films I missed out on.
The direction was flawless, the performances were flawless (all of the performances deserve Oscars), the editing was flawless, the storytelling was flawless, the use of music was flawless, and the thing that impressed me and my friend the most was how it balances comedy and seriousness in the right way.
