wow this is so freaking good. even if the ending might not please everyone, you have to accept that this is a very bold piece of work. carey is electrifying, probably her best performance since an education (2009) and definitely the riskier step of her career. talking about risks, emerald fennell PLEASE GIVE ME MORE direct a new film every single year please. in her debut film, the director shows audacity as she makes it clear her point of view and talent in telling stories. it's a woman's world and we're only living in it.
