Thomas’s review published on Letterboxd:
This is my first rewatch of “The Grand Budapest Hotel” and it is still one of the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing films I have ever seen. Every shot looks like a painting. Truly outstanding set design, colors, and blocking. Furthermore, the film has an entertaining story, memorable characters, fantastic dialogs, and great humor. Wes Anderson movies are a genre of their own and “The Grand Budapest Hotel” is the pinnacle of his unique style. I am so excited for his next film.
