    "The Thing" is one of the most unique horror/thriller films I've ever seen, because what we fear could be any one of the main characters. This is the case because the film follows a group of scientists in Antarctica who discover a shape-shifting alien, capable of mimicking any human or animal. It's a terrifying idea and it's expertly brought to life in John Carpenter's 1982 horror classic, "The Thing".
