This is a new genre for Robert di Nero, yet he nailed it. The movie has a good amount of scares, but its not naive or spiritual as we always see. Theres a sense of neglect and pain in this child that was perfectly made for Dakota’s age. I guess this is one of her best movies, even better than the ones she did older.

The scenes are very smooth and quiet, letting you sink into the emotions of the characters.
