Rob is a kind hearted recluse and a truffle hunter, whose beloved pig is stolen in the dead of night. Everyone is describing this as a Taken/ John Wick story but it's so much more. I'm slowly coming round to the fact that Cage is a great actor, this is definitely a good place to start and overcome the Cage-o-phobia if for 90 minutes you can supress such images as 'the bees, the bees!' etc.

Thoroughly enjoyable, had doubts with some clumsy editing in the first half hour but it grows into itself. Strong story about threat of tourism on local culture. Although a bit biased towards the locals, would have liked to see it question both sides more. Also climax felt out of place, bit of an easy way to end. Lovely dramatic scenes throughout though especially the winner stays on argument in the pub.
