One of Disney’s best message movies ever. This time the theme is waste-making, with a couple of cute robots and what’s left of humanity literally floating their lives away in space. I loved the many visual references to classic sci-fi, from Auto’s resemblance to HAL of 2001: A Space Odyssey to the trash room in Star Wars. The flight scene with the fire extinguisher was superb. Definitely for adults as well as children.
