Steve Erickson’s review published on Letterboxd:
Much closer to mainstream French comedy than LOVE AFFAIR(S), but Emmanuel Mouret, who also stars as the protagonist, spins charming slapstick. He also seems well aware of the entire history of his genre - like Tati, PLEASE, PLEASE ME! uses dialogue, but music and sound design seem more important, and PLEASE, PLEASE ME! quotes imagery from Harold Lloyd.
