Netflix

Netflix is finally turning the corner with some polished top grade cinema. They churn out content at an exhausting rate. Mostly due to contracts with all the major studios about to pass. But I can actually find something worth my time with some sort of consistency. Plus, it's nice to see them with more of a hands off approach on the creators of all this franchise-less original story telling. Okay original might be pushing it most of the time. (wink, wink)

Did you know Blockbuster Video had a chance to buy Netflix in its infancy. Reed Hastings actually pursued them. $50million and they could be had. Blockbuster practically laughed them out of the room. Who's laughing now?
