Sasha Vandecasteele’s review published on Letterboxd:
Because of the many negative reactions that this film received, my expectations were very low and I actually had very little interest in watching the film. All in all, it was not too bad, but nevertheless the film does not even come close to the previous one. Pedro Pascal steals the show and once again proves what a great actor he is, while Gal Gadot and Chris Pine prove their incompetence once again. The small bright spots that the film contains are all thanks to Pascal without whom this film would be worth shit. Furthermore, I would like to ask Patty Jenkins to stop with the in-your-face feminism that is completely disempowering in this film. If you really want to make a film with a strong feminist message, which I think is perfectly possible with Wonder Woman in the lead, then do it right!
