Hilariously sneaky world where the strongest people have the truest spiritual filtration, even in a child....
...and the weakest people...quickly fall in love...or if lived long enough, maybe tap into some repressed widow's horned up sense of fascination albeit bit curbed (current movies might actually bring that idea to the surface, but I thought that old parlour lady's behavior around Mitchum in the movie was pretty spicy although she'd never fuck him)...
Also for weak people is the way of seeing the image of a most excellent spawn of Father God despite being a believer in the actual word (of not idolizing mere man lest he could trick), either way on that field, you'd get ran over on Mitchum's road without you even looking at him. With the man's demonic fake grief (in the particularly absurd way movie simulacra can) from behind, bound by rope, following suit to graft onto your crap and mush before tearing off. He drives out and you're destroyed.
