Nick’s review published on Letterboxd:
Movies like this are both instantly gratifying yet imprint long lasting memories. Every detail of the production is as meticulously calculated as Cassie and Carey Mulligan are: the soundtrack is FIRE, the cast and acting (more so female) are spot on, cinematography and framing are properly indulgent, and the direction and writing are powerful yet poetic. Carey gives some of her best in a wild atmosphere I don’t think we’ve seen before. This one is exciting, impressive, and keeps you constantly on your toes. I screamed so frequently and wanted it to go on forever.
