Matt’s review published on Letterboxd:
Wonderfully simplistic. WALL-E holds up well because its themes are timeless and its artwork is breathtaking. The messages it sends are quite on-the-nose I'll admit (that said, they've clearly gone in one ear and out the other, ay, human race?), but better that than having nothing to say. Somehow the wife hadn't seen this so I had to take care of that tonight. Mission accomplished. I certainly wouldn't mind revisiting it again in the future. WALL-E represents the best of the wonder Pixar has delivered to the world.
