Scream -as meta as it gets- is joyous, satisfying, and thrilling requel that successfully pass the torch to the new generation.
The storytelling is so moving and enjoyable. The cinematography was okay but I kinda liked the overall tone. Though Barrera and Ortega now lead the franchise, I think Campbell, Cox, and Arquette appearences was still the most important part of the film.
As a fan of this genre, this film satisfy me on a nerd level. There's so much easter eggs to dig that makes me did "the Dicaprio" memes on cinemas.
The legacy continues.
WW84 is an elegant, glamour, and breathtaking presentation. The storytelling is so moving and easy-to-follow. Thanks to Patty Jenkins incredible direction. Gal Gadot was just great, as always. Kristen Wiig's Cheetah and Pedro Pascal's Maxwell Lord was sensational.
The other thing I really liked is Hans Zimmer's scoring. It was epic! Also: the cinematography is super cool. I loved the 80's vibe and tone.
Overall, it's a thrilling and highly entertaining film with incredible direction and beautiful presentation. So glad to be able to watch this on cinema. It's an unforgettable experience!
