    Finally got to see Edgar Wright’s newest cinematic opus. He is one of the great modern filmmakers that you can tell is a true film scholar (ala QT & PTA) and he has delivered what will surely become his biggest cult classic.

    Shades of Lynch’s Mulholland Dr, Refn’s The Neon Demon and Noe’s Enter The Void, this is absolutely a visual feast…and I’m sure I will even love this film even more on multiple late night viewings in the years to…

    I am not a superheroes or comic book fan...I know absolutely nothing about the DC or Marvel universe or the Batman mythology...I probably would not have been interested in this film at all had I not seen the trailer and been blown away by the dark Scorsese-esque tone.

    Wow...and BLOWN AWAY I am!!! This was absolutely incredible. And yes, the Scorsese tone was absolutely spot on!
