Dave Jackson’s review published on Letterboxd:
I certainly didn't expect a film that features Casey Affleck wearing a goofy sheet with eye holes to utterly destroy me. Around the halfway point, I thought A Ghost Story was starting to wrap up, then it took me on a journey that reveals life in all its tragedy, beauty, and insignificant meaninglessness. Though in its last act it edges towards being a little too on the nose, its emotional power and flat out boldness is so inspiring. A staggering achievement and one of the best of a particularly great year for cinema.
