This was an extremely complicated and confusing movie to watch. Just when I thought I pieced it together it kept throwing me another one. Christopher nolan has made some great movies in his time such as interstellar, inception and many more. Those movies were relatively easier and less complicated to understand for a general audience to watch. Tenet does not follow this tradition and for that I cannot recommend it simply because its not an easy movie to watch. The lines are rushed not giving the audience time to simmer and understand what's going on, there is music in every scene that over shadows dialogue, the main villian with his shitty Russian English is hard to understand and the idea of time reversal and traversal is just way to broad of an idea to make simple. There are some decent action scenes here and the acting in general is good but you'll end up with far too many questions then satisfied answers.
