Semi-mixed thoughts right now. I love all of the satirical stuff here: the amazing info-graphics, the hilarious themes of violence, all of that works here. I understand that it's purposefully trying to be bad with it's acting and cinematography, but I don't know I just didn't find it interesting. The characters aren't all that interesting and there isn't like a ton to the story besides the satirical elements. I liked it, but no rating for now. I gotta think on this.

Loved it for the first 45 minutes. It's a slow, fun, and interesting horror uprising. The effects look mind blowing, and again the way they use the "Invisible Man" premise is the most interesting way I've seen in one of these films. Unfortunately the last half isn't nearly as interesting, because it just becomes a gore fest and a pure slasher. On the one hand, it's stupid and kind of abandons what the film went for, but on the other it's exactly what's needed. It's still good, and I'm pretty disappointed with it's poor reception. Liked it a lot.

I laughed, fist pumped, nearly shouted, got sad multiple times, and remained happy throughout. In other words, it's perfect. I need to let this one sit in for a while, because I don't think I can do this justice. So many thoughts right now. James Gunn is a glorious mad man. Give this man anything please.

In King Shark, Polka Dot Man, and Ratcatcher 2 supremacy we trust.

John Cena is so electric in this movie it's actually unreal.

Honestly just top 10 comic book movies ever and it's not a question. A glorious masterwork. Adored this.
