While both Kong and Godzilla deserve Oscar nominations for their spectacular and intimate performances, it cannot be overstated how much the Human Element® drags this movie down with obnoxiously obvious character arcs and subplots that are so terrible that they manage to make the idea of a giant ape fighting a nuclear dino feel like the most normal and relatable thing in the entire movie

Not only did I enjoy this movie, but also I might have enjoyed this way more than many other superhero flicks. Snyder proves that his vision for the DC universe on the silverscreen can definitely work and be just as entertaining as its counterpart. Shit, Snyder got jokes too!

Tenet is filled with fantastic images, exciting Bond'esque setpieces and action sequences that contain concepts and ideas that I have never seen before - or at least executed this way. Let me put it this way: I'm glad to tell you that Nolan appears to be surprisingly good at Weird Shit™!
