Surprise, surprise. The ending sets up for future Marvel projects with a massive cliffhanger. You must wait until season 2 to answer all of your questions! Yeah, that's the most disappointing part of the finale for me. The rest are great and finally the marvel cinematic multiverse is now official.
Loki is a very well constructed build-up towards MCU future with one of the most beloved MCU character.
The vfx are great overall, and the chemistry between Tom Hiddleston (who at this point also perfected the role of Loki to convey various emotions) and Sophia DiMartino's chemistry on screen is surprisingly electric.
It also doesn't feel too action-ey, it focused more on world building and the character's development than a great action piece which is another welcomed tone in the MCU (or MCMultiverse now?). Anyway, my praise goes to the directing, writing, vfx, and of course, Tom Hiddleston. It's a shame that character's development for other characters such as Ravonna, Mobius, Hunter B-15 and even Sylvie are all felt half-baked because of that cliffhanger.
