I genuinely enjoyed this movie. After reading reviews I was expecting it to be awful but this was a pleasant surprise. My only real complaint is that by the end of the movie I didn’t really understand it’s point. I guess I really just wanted a bit more emotional depth to the story. That being said, In this case I felt like the cinematography and acting more than made up for the lackluster story. Solid flick
When I first watched this film I was too young to really understand and appreciate it. Now that I’m older I can appreciate it for the wonderfully depressing masterpiece that it is. Also, it’s been said before but I’m gonna say it again... Ellen Burstyn should have won the Oscar.
