“Rockin' and Rollin'. Down to the beach, I'm strollin' But the seagulls poke at my head; Not fun! I said, "Seagulls, mmm! Stop it now!"
I forget how derpy Yoda is in this movie and how much I love it. I forget how smooth and full of swagger Han Solo is and how much I love it. I forget how epic and thrilling the Cloud City arc is and I love it. So basically what I’m saying is I forget how awesome this movie can be sometimes. I will most likely always stand by my statement that the Hoth section is boring and drags on too long, but that’s honestly the only big problem I have with the film. I still don’t love it as much as people do, I prefer the prequel still, but this thing is always a pleasure. I love how ridiculous the dialogue is sometimes, but I’m all for it. It’s so cheesy and ahh, hits the spot.
Really though, Han and Leia’s banter is the best part of the film. They work so well together and it’s such a treat to watch them mess around half the film. Other parts do drag a bit, I won’t lie, but I had fun. New Hope still better though.
