Wrath of Man

Wrath of Man ★★★

NOT your typical Guy Ritchie film (which is not a bad thing, at least for me). The action sequences are shot with ferocity and exquisite detail, and "H" (Statham) makes his come-back stronger than ever. Invincible as always. Adrenaline-fueled, ultraviolent flick, that needs to be seen on the big screen, for sure.

Is not a film that comes with Ritchie's trademarked stylized editing or comedic dialogue, but who doesn't love a good, slick thriller heist movie?

Also, music plays an important part in the film; it always sets the stage for an upcoming, overwhelming situation, and even though it sounds obvious, you'll fully understand what I'm talking about when you see it. Those comes and goes in time felt a bit overused at some point, but I can't deny I had a good time.

*Even if it carries some elements of Transporter (and maybe from every single movie Statham is in), it doesn't feel that exaggerated. More realistic and dramatic in a certain way.
