A lot of the dialogue had me pulling a 🥴 face. Similarly a lot of odd editing choices between scenes that seemed to go for that like “rushing through time” feel but also felt jarring.
Visually an enjoyable feat, the action scenes all carry a considerable weight through both the use of the score and the fight/stunt choreography.
In the end, I think the narrative bested me to the point where I lost track of a lot of the character motivations and consequences.
I’d say the opening scene was my fave part
