Dylan’s review published on Letterboxd:
Kate reminds me of a beat up version of John Wick and Kill Bill. With rapid stunts perfectly executed and well-directed action that doesn't allow you to catch your breath, Cedric Nicolas-Troyan understands how to stay one step ahead of the audience in cunning, jaw-droppingly contrived, ways. It doesn't try to surprise you; instead, it provides the entertaining sight of one lady destroying everything and everyone in her path. The problem is that the film depended on arbitrary twists and action distractions to paint itself into corners before tromping out something fresh. Eventually, instead of looking forward to the unknown, I began to dread it.
