"To make something special you just have to believe it's special."
Great movie, one of Dreamworks' best. Love the art direction throughout, although a small part of me prefers the 2D animation of the prologue and the end credits to any 3D animation we get in between.
It also comes across as a loving tribute to classic Hong Kong martial arts cinema, which obviously appeals to me. If I have children someday, I will use this as a litmus test to see if they like Kung Fu movies. If they do, then it's straight onto Jackie Chan's œuvre and every Shaw Brothers flick. I just hope they'll appreciate my efforts.
