The Social Dilemma

The Social Dilemma ½

"Will there ever be an artificial intelligence machine that makes movies?", inquires Herzog's Lo and behold, a question to which it answers positively. Not quite as good as his, though, remarks the German filmmaker.

I can't help to think that this dialogue pretty much sums up The social dilemma, a movie so poorly and randomly assembled that it seems written and directed by an algorithm, and ironically produced by a company which is part of the problem it intends to denounce - fact which it seems conveniently unaware of.

Edit: the similarities to the cringy What the Bleep! series are noteworthy.
