Lance Schibi’s review published on Letterboxd:
That opening song is one of the greatest things in this serious ass world. But then a dog pisses fire and things get a little eye-rolling. Still, this Nightmare is on the shelf with some of my favorite things when I was a kid and it holds a very special place in my cheesy heart. Nostalgic nostalgia oozing from the nostrils. Amazing practical effects reign supreme. Bad dialogue and poor editing aside, you’ve gotta love this product of its time. Or maybe you don’t.
Rest in Hell.
