L’Aventura is one of the most narratively tight films I’ve ever seen it plays everything so close to the chest with it’s oddly tense plot. It really packs an innocuous punch to the chest and for my first michelangelo antonioni film it was impressive and very important; I really liked how michelangelo antonioni played the camera really tight with his Tarkovsky like framing holding the scene in the moment keeping the camera very still and scenic, michelangelo uses the camera…
