there are these... little, very poignant moments in this film where veronica is kind of shocked out of the hazy ultraviolent world jd has pulled her into- when she stifles a giggle during the second funeral and kurt's little sister turns to her with tears streaming down her face, or when she breaks into heather chandler's locker and sees the little mementos (like the heather ohio license plate and the photo strip of them laughing together). just.. little things that pull her back into reality and humanity when all of westerburg seems so ridiculously detatched.
