Stupid but pretty fun. I guess because, instead of Marvel's flat lighting and ironic detachment, Snyder goes all in on stylization and takes the material seriously you get much more energy to the film, but it's also very much in your face how silly what you're watching is. Like having Batman say fuck to give it a deeply unnecessary R rating was borderline embarrassing, as was a lot of the exposition. And the insistence on the aspect ratio is very dumb. Still though, it got going when the main characters were together and, having not seen a Snyder movie since 300, it was decently enjoyable.
