revenge can become all-consuming and what it leaves in it's wake can be just as devastating...
i was a little worried about half-way through that this was going to be just another shallow critique of r*pe-culture, but everything from alfred molina's scene onwards really felt like unchartered territory... that whole third act had me on the edge of my fucking seat. i can't wait to see what emerald fennell does next!
on another note, if jennifer coolidge and clancy brown were my parents i would not know how to act... that combination is too powerful
