  • The Blair Witch Project

    The Blair Witch Project

“I don’t wanna go cheesy, I wanna really avoid any cheese. I wanna present this in a straightforward away as possible and I think the legend is unsettling enough”

Yeah so here´s another weird anxiety-inducing movie I´d like to live in.
One of the firsts of these amazing psychological thrillers we have today.
I just really wanna befriend Heather, Josh, and Mike and go camping with them. Probably not chasing witches tho.

  • Suspiria

This may sound creepy but Suspiria is a movie I'd like to live in.

    I am she.

  • Suspiria

So first of all, I'm gonna say that if a bunch of amazing people love this movie, It's not my place to say that it sucks.
Although that's exactly what I am saying.

I'm so bummed that I almost hated it.
From where I understood, there's not much about witchcraft in this movie. I see so many elements of horror: mean people, weird people, hunting and chasing, bats, green and red lighting, creepy sounds...and yet i feel like none of…

A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night

Did I like a movie about an iranian misandric vampire skater?

Just when I thought it couldn't get better, white lies appeared among the soundtrack.

The plot is simple but well built, the eyes say a lot which really attracts me, the haircut is perfect, the cat rules.

    be a good boy

    Skate Kitchen

To me the scene where they all validate Janay's vagina really sums up the whole thing.
This movie approaches so many aspects of what being girl feels like. The hate, the doubt, the competition, the sorority, the menstruation talk, the growing up.
I loved how theses girls bond over skating and girlhood.
    Fuck tampons tho.
And also fuck boys, I'm really misandric today.

  • Tully

I loved how realistic this movie presents women and motherhood. To me, the scene where Marlo's sister in law says she's glowing even though she looked like crap, really wraps up the wrong idea that birth completes a woman's life. Pregnant women don't always look like a miracle, mothers don't have to always love motherhood, kids can be overwhelming and exhausting, postpartum depression is real. Although he cared, Drew wasn't really helpful and didn't take responsibility until Marlo was a…

  • The Farewell

    The Farewell

So many raw feelings in this movie! This pre-death grief that blooms when facing the aging of someone loved is such a real angst, and I think this film approached it flawlessly. The respect and emotional responsibility the whole family shared handling that rough situation gave it a specially sweet touch. I loved it from beginning to end.
