"If you aim at nothing you hit nothing" - Old Wise Woman,
Those rings are powerful... and an amazing fashion statement.
So this feels different than other Marvel projects in a way that I think I like. Marvel aimed for something "new" and basically created an American wuxia hybrid with just a hint of that soulless Disney quality to boot. The fight choreography is some of the best in the MCU, if not the best, they actually attempt to develop characters, and it's among the best supporting cast in the Marvel franchise. For me, the dialogue and editing were a little clunky at times and there was a bit of a lull in the middle but I enjoyed the film, specifically the third act which Marvel often doesn't deliver on.
Yeah it's pretty good.
