Working on convincing myself I watch more movies than I think I do.

    Earth vs. the Flying Saucers

You'll take what you're looking for out of this one. At times this is too focused on grounding itself in reality for just long enough that things can slow down considerably. But at other times this is what one thinks of when they think alien invasion movie. Saucers flying over major landscapes of Earth, big headed aliens, and the U.S. army hellbent on meeting these invaders with equal violence.

It's fun seeing how Hollywood was directing projects like this back in the day. Just don't expect anything too clever story wise.

Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday

    ★★

After nine movies of getting shot, stabbed, and sent to hell I can confirm that Jason would be the kid in elementary school who uses an "everything-proof shield" on the playground.

Will, James, and I cheered seeing Leslie Jordan is in this movie though.

    The Mummy's Hand

I like that this series chooses to veer toward an action adventure romp (akin to the stuff that inspires movies like Indiana Jones or the 90s Mummy movies) rather than the quiet straight horror of the original.

    Lady Gaga: G.U.Y.

Logging videos like this so I can catch up to Will and James in movies per year

That said, I do like how Lady Gaga is an obvious cinephile and puts so many fun little references in her Michael Jackson music videos.
