    Everything I dreamed and more.
Despite my mammoth excitement this picture still manages to be insanely sweet, delightfully breezy, and wildly fun.
This is what it’s all about, this to me a huge reminder of why I love films so much. PTA wrapped a huge blanket around me and put me on a waterbed and said “ we’re gonna be okay “.
I don’t want to spoil anything at all, so expect a longer spoiler review down the line, but…

    Spider-Man: No Way Home

Genuinely worse than ‘he’s all that ‘

People definitely showed up to set and made a movie!

Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood

Hard to say anything that hasn’t been said, but damn this is such a beautiful world to travel to for a while.
The colors and the vibe are so inviting and there’s so much to chew on with just about every scene.
Still kinda tear up at the Julia Butters scene talking to Leo.

  • Burnt

    Burnt is based.
Whiplash in the kitchen, also features a recruitment montage of a “you son of a bitch, I’m in!” nature.

  • Scream

Not perfect, but kind of exactly what I wanted.
As someone who loves the Scream franchise like a parent loves their child, I was equally excited and nervous. However I’m happy to report this was a blast.
I was worried about the new cast being incorporated, but they’re great ! This movie does a great job of building realistic suspicion amongst the group of friends.
Some things are predictable, sure, but I got a really fun slasher and a great guessing game.

Also if anyone can put me in touch with Neve Campbell that would be lovely.

Another one of those “ movies” that doesn’t feel like a movie…
Someone please take McKay’s checkbook and give it to someone else.
