jon burden’s review published on Letterboxd:
Amy and I argued the whole drive home on what the best way to view the movie is: as a dream to be felt, or a puzzle to be solved. Obviously it works well as both, because it is both, but her perspective is that it works best as a puzzle and I think it cannot be solved, and should be enjoyed better as being dreamlike.
But who knows - I haven’t seen it yet. Or haven’t I? Maybe I’ve seen it a few times. Maybe I’m showing it to my grandchildren right now.
Anyway, movie good!
Also, I saw this at a drive-in with subtitles! Was really fun!
