The generic title put me off for a while I was kicking myself for not watching this sooner. I highly recommend this one to anyone who loves goofy & gory horror comedy in the vein of Army of Darkness, Shaun of the Dead, Dead and Breakfast, Tucker & Dale, Dead Alive...

It’s a lower budgeted flick but I liked that it had a lot of laughs, characters who you get attached to and suddenly lose, zombies...

I’m a sucker for shark flicks! Sure none will ever hold a candle to Jaws but I still have fun scaring myself with the creature that I fear the most. Survival Horror sucks me into the experience. 5 people are stranded in open water and a great white shark begins hunting them. No more setup necessary

It’s a mid-tier shark flick that kept my attention 🦈

Wow! The Descent is one spine tingling on-the-edge-of-your-seat subterranean horror thriller. 6 beautiful ladies (one of which has recently went through a personal tragedy) go exploring a cave which noone else has ever discovered. Once they're down there they realize they're not alone. No more setup is necessary. If you are claustrophobic this is NOT the movie for you, I've personally never had a problem with tight spaces but this movie freaked me out it was almost like I couldn't even breathe. Tense nailbiter not for the faint of heart.

    The Texas Chain Saw Massacre

This classic just turned 41 yesterday & is still as shocking and revolting as ever. Definitely a turning point for horror cinema history. It really still holds up well, its one of the films that scared me as a kid (especially being one living in the Lone Star State!!) & still does. Sally is THE final girl (sorry Jamie Lee) the peek of terror she reaches is absolutely bonkers. It really says something about the filmmaker who has a film where the…
