Fujimoto’s DP work is perfection. That stillness in the National Chicago Art Gallery.

Ferris is still kind of a dick who ruins his friend’s life.

Fk me, that music. It's like yer Dad couldn't let his 90s scene go. Trying to imagine a person who would listen to that redundant sound in this decade outside of a movie. I found myself closing my eyes during the club scene just to listen to shite faux pop up bass music. Almost got switched off. Ruined.

Everything else is fantastic. You know when the internet tried to go after Keanu like Nicolas Cage. The effort he's putting into…

Needed something to watch with my Sister's kids. Director disappeared at the turn of the century after Sleepy Hollow and this person has been making faux Burton movies for 14 years strong. Flat and oddly directionless for story that drives itself. But not as bad as I expected it to be.

That Pinewood Studios production is best in the world. Gets a ★

Legit 1st 18 cert video I ever did witness at Ross Bucanhan's house at the end of the road. Part of a lavish double bill with 85' Commando and a Birdseye frozen stir fry supper. It's the Fistful of Dollars or Django* of Ninja VHS. Year Zero. Godfrey Ho ripped this film half a dozen times in the 80s. The amount of shuriken getting lobbed about? At the end Franco Nero bins off any fighting the main villain's henchmen, he…

Still cant get over reading Scott wasn't going to put a traditional Xeno life cycle in this. He listened to SOCIAL MEDIA post Prometheus.

Lets face it... Outside of the dialogue issues. Familiarity is the stuff that doesn't work. What's new? The initial contact incident. G R I P P I N G

I took a roll of black white film to New York in 1998. All my memories of my visit look just like this film.

Rental box down the shops use to say. "OUT COPS ROBOCOP" Great creature costume effects by Stan Winston team. Delivery direction is the problem. Possibly why the marketing photos look so intriguing. Not so funny and down right creepy Maury Chaykin.
