Ok, but I love how everyone's been complaining about how confusing it is, and it turns out that it's not even the time travel bullshit that's confusing, it's literally everything else.
Why is he living in a windmill in the ocean, doing pull ups for a bit? Why is Clémence Poésy so palpably bored by her job doing science to time bullets? Why is there an art heist? Why does Kenneth Branagh take him out sailing? Who are they even fighting at the end and why are those people on board with whatever the fuck Kenneth Branagh is doing? Why is it a closed loop time travel system except for that one bit where they kill the bad guy in the past, thereby undoing literally all the events of the film?
