Gramercy Riff’s review published on Letterboxd:
Freddy is dead... Buried and consecrated. We won, remember?
And now we've reached a point where even the kids themselves don't understand. The sort of thing that will get you killed in this franchise. On a junkyard for instance. Man, that sweet looking dog is scary when he barks. Great sequence. Loved the waterbed scene too. It's the Alice character that never really worked for me, so I wasn't exactly cheering when the whiner turns into Ripley. I'm here for Freddy and his evil shenanigans. Chattier this time with a couple of funny one liners, but the ninja fight is kinda lame. Sucking face. That's more like it. The time loop thing is a great idea and that roach stuff is a true jaw-dropper. A bit of a hit and miss affair for me, but with more hits than misses. Pizza, anyone?
