Trying to carve a path of my own although my parents have a different dream for me...
Entertaining and charming with a lonely underdog protagonist who you want to root for him. A story filled with heart and humour that touches on topical themes of technology and privacy. Unfortunately, the film's third act was quite disappointing as it wrapped the story up too neatly with plot points that felt forced. All in all though, a highly entertaining film!
Exploitative, cheesy and the acting could be better, but the message and themes of this short film are nevertheless important. Not particularly subtle in its portrayal of racism either. Felt like I was getting hit in the head with a hammer throughout the entire short. The victims of police brutality and racism deserve a better film...
