A week ago Max started playing this song on repeat telling me it was to prepare for the release of Taylor’s version and I’ve never listened to Swift but I gotta say if any song deserves a really grandiose ‘film’ version complete with full credits that are half the length of the actual film then it’s this one.

He may have ruined Joseph Gordon Levitt and Christian Bale’s sex appeal for women (in favour of making them sex symbols for hetero GQ reading men) but in covering Tom Hardy’s plump Thomas Hardy lips with that ridiculous mask and making him bulk way past what his frame can hold, Nolan inadvertently upholds Hardy’s place in Cosmo. Also commies are just hotter than billionaires and cops
