My last film I’m watching from the festival. Raiff has done it again! This guy knows how to make the most perfect coming of age stories. They’re full of melancholy and joy that few filmmakers can pull off today. Also loved seeing how much his direction has improved as well with the more famous cast to accompany it. While I don’t think it ruined my life as much as Shithouse this was still an incredibly cathartic…

Whelp didn’t expect this movie to fuck my life up as much as it did. Probably the best hard Sci-fi film since Blade Runner 2049 or Annihilation. The way Kogonada melds the almost cyberpunk setting with an emotionally engrossing drama about loss is something I haven’t really seen done before aside from Arrival or again Blade Runner 2049. All I know is I definitely have to check out Columbia now. Not gonna say too much as I think people…
