filmsmack’s review published on Letterboxd:
I’ve never been the biggest Guy Ritchie fan but this movie far exceeded my expectations. Wrath of man seemed to have all the usual style and idiosyncratic behaviour of a Guy Ritchie movie without going down the “style over substance” rabbit hole that the The Gentlemen unfortunately went down. A lot less humour than I would have expected from GR but I’m not complaining. The antagonist was a little lacklustre and the ending felt sort of abrupt but still a really solid approach to a dad movie!
Side note: my boy statham is redeeming himself for Hobbs and Shaw
