A noteworthy event that, in hindsight, seemed ripe for a documentary. I remember when they went inside in '91 but don't really remember when they came out. It's quite possible that the most memorable part of the whole thing was that they made a Pauly Shore movie that spoofed it.
The film covers most aspects of Biosphere 2 pretty well, the highs and lows the crew faced, the background of the folks who made it all possible as well as those who lived inside it, and the events that led up to it in the decades preceding the mission. It would've been nice to see maybe a bit more on their day-to-day lives: where they slept, who they slept with, etc.
Now I kinda want to see the Pauly Shore film.
